I’m a designer with over a decade of shaping products and leading design teams. With a background in systems engineering, analytics, and social design, I bring a system-driven lens to complex, human-centered ecosystems.
Throughout my years in designing both digital and physical experiences, I always take a collaborative and participatory approach, while building the capacity of teams, communities and organisations towards sustainable impact.

Bersama-sama – Launched a series of community-centred gatherings with rental residents and curated a collaborative field guide in Singapore, in collaboration with healthcare and social sector partners.
Adventure trail in Choa Chu Kang – As a volunteer with Participate in Design, I facilitated community programmes to understand ground needs through innovative methods of engagement.
Craft with pets – I organised a pottery painting and paw-printing workshop, teaching participants underglaze techniques and taking care of their furry friends.
Inclusive ride-hailing workshop – As a volunteer with (These)abilities, I helped bring participants from the deaf community and those with low vision to co-create ways to enhance their lived experiences.
